Booking Terms & Conditions

£100.00 deposit for each week booked.

Balance due eight weeks prior to arrival.

A refundable security deposit of £100 is payable with the balance of rental against loss or damage to the home.

A provisional booking may be made by telephone and held for 7 days, pending receipt of booking fee and completed booking form. Only those persons named on the booking form are authorised to use the property. Changes to the persons booked to occupy the villa must be notified to the owner prior to arrival for insurance purposes.

All cancellations MUST be made in writing.

Owners will endeavour to accommodate booking changes where possible.
In the event of a cancellation the following charges will apply:

30-60 days notice 50% of the rental will be charged.
less than 30 days notice 90% of the rental will be charged.

It is the clients own responsibility to have adequate holiday insurance to cover personal injury/damage/accidents. No claim whatsoever will be accepted by the owners of the property.

Please ensure you have travel insurance to cover you for cancellation as well as medical cover as the costs in Florida are extremley high.

All problems to be referred to 24/7 local management company.

Clients may use the pool facilities at their own risk. Safety signs are displayed within the home.

The villa is available after 4pm for guest arrival and to be vacated before 11am on the day of departure.

We accept no liability to pay compensation in respect of any damage, loss or changes arising from unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to hurricanes, floods, major events etc.

Please note that during extreme cold weather spells, the owners cannot guarantee the pool will reach a comfortable temperature. In this event the owners regret no refunds will be made for prepaid pool heating.

The signing of the booking form confirms your acceptance of terms and conditions and is binding with all individuals stated on the booking form.
The owners accept no responsibility whatsoever for personal injury. death ,accidents, loss or damage to persons, personal belongings however they may be caused.

The use of all accommodation and recreational equipment including electric scooters , fishing rods etc.......... ( but not limited too) is entirely at the users own risk. Parents are responsible for assessing their childs ability to use equipment safely.
All safety equipment is provided and must be worn at all times
Children must be supervised at all times when using the pool.

We have a strict NO SMOKING policy inside the house. If the Management Company find any evidence of smoking inside the house during your stay, this will be regarded as a serious breach of contract and you will be evicted immediately. All monies paid will be forfeited and you will be liable for a deep clean fee – this will include but is not limited to, professional cleaning of all soft furnishings, linens, carpets etc., as well as a “clean air” fee, to replace all air conditioning filters and de-odorising costs. Guests are welcome to smoke around the poolside only.

We have a strict NO PETS policy. If the Management Company find any evidence of pets during your stay, this will be regarded as a serious breach of contract and you will be evicted immediately.
