Built on a larger than average plot, the house boasts an oversized screened deck
with illuminated pool and spa, overlooking private gardens and woodland. The surrounding deck has luxurious patio seating and dining facilities for family entertaining. There is a large lanai with ceiling fan providing shade from the all day Florida sunshine! Pool and spa are illuminated at night for Al Fresco Dining!! Child security alarms are fitted to all sliding doors leading to the pool area for parental peace of mind. Alarms can be activated or deactivated by guests themselves. The pool may also be fully screened off when not in use for further safety. |
