The house boasts an OVERSIZED screened deck with PRIVATE pool and Spa overlooking CONSERVATION woodland. We have one of the most secluded locations on Cumbrian Lakes. This premium plot has no public walk through providing maximum pool& Spa privacy, not overlooked from any aspect by other home owners.

Pool

The spa has automatic controls and both the pool and spa can be heated throughout the year. Pool heat recommended Oct - Apr. A pool blanket is provided to retain the heat. Child security alarms are fitted to sliding doors leading to pool area for parental peace of mind. A full pool screen is provided for added safety.

There is a water slide which proves very popular with the younger ones. The pool is the ideal place to cool off after a day at the parks or perhaps for an early morning dip before you leave.

Lanai

We have our own BBQ on our private garden at no extra charge. Extensive lighting overlooking landscaped gardens maximises family outdoor living to the full . The surrounding EXTENDED deck has luxurious patio seating for family entertaining and Alfresco dining!
